• Source and attract qualified talent across LATAM, the Philippines, South Africa, and other markets
• Build candidate pipelines and employer-brand touchpoints
• Conduct structured screening and interviews
• Document assessments with evidence-based recommendations
• Use AI tools, ATS, and recruiting tech daily
• Manage multiple open positions with momentum and quality

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proactive sourcing: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach
• Strong English communication with stakeholders
• Judgment and fast, evidence-based decisions
• Experience recruiting international markets (LATAM, PH, SA a plus)
• Hands-on with ATS, Google Workspace, Slack
