📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of licensing, exemptions, renewals, and related regulatory apps.
• Conduct regulatory research across markets, licenses, renewals, and WIOA processes.
• Manage multiple compliance projects to meet deadlines.
• Maintain records in Salesforce with data integrity.
• Map and document applications by market/region with internal docs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect documents and forms.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in institutional compliance or regulated environments.
• 3+ years managing a compliance program or regulatory function.
• Master's degree or JD preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Proven success managing complex regulatory filings end-to-end.
• Strong regulatory research and state requirements interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

• Base salary: $83,000–$93,000 annually.
