📋 Description

• Lead part of the People Partner team; partner with executives and senior leaders
• Deliver complex People initiatives across an international organisation
• Own the People agenda for an assigned business group; advise on organisation design and workforce

🎯 Requirements

• Senior HR Business Partner / Senior People Partner experience in international organisations
• Proven ability to lead and coach HR/People Partners while remaining hands-on
• Experience leading M&A and integration activities, due diligence, benefits/policy harmonisation
• Hands-on delivery of restructures, redundancies, workforce transformation across multiple
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations across jurisdictions
• Commercial, data-informed mindset linking People decisions to business outcomes
