Director - Fundraising & Partnerships

📋 Description

• Lead fundraising across CSR, foundations, and philanthropy in India and SE Asia
• Build and maintain a 30+ active CSR prospect pipeline
• Research CSR priorities, budgets, and co-funding opportunities
• Manage relationships with CSR leaders, CXOs, family offices, and donors
• Own major CSR and donor partnerships, ensure satisfaction and retention
• Develop institutional partnerships to expand program reach

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years fundraising experience in India, 5+ years in CSR fundraising
• Bachelor’s degree in business, development, nonprofit management, marketing, or related
• Proven ₹5 crore+ annual fundraising from CSR/institutional funders
• Experience managing 10+ CSR partnerships concurrently
• Strong knowledge of Indian CSR laws and CSR-1 registration
• Proven ability to identify, approach, and convert high-value funders
