📋 Description

• QA/QC audit of AI-generated ticket responses
• Map and optimize end-to-end workflows; reduce bottlenecks and automate where possible
• Maintain SOPs and workflow guides for humans and AI system support

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in operations, process improvement, PM, QA or related field
• Strong analytical/process thinking; scalable improvements
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms; curiosity about AI failures
• Basic SQL for data support and diagnostics
• Clear, structured written communication
