Aesthetic Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Hybrid role: in-office and remote days; must reside near Austin, TX or relocate
• Work shifts: 8:00am-4:30pm CT, 8:30-5:00pm CT, 7:30-4:30pm CT, or 8:00-5:00pm CT
• Support aesthetics sales growth by managing house accounts, leads, and target accounts in aligned
• Provide coverage to Inside Sales territories with LOA or vacancies
• Deliver product training and education via virtual tools to new and emerging accounts
• Collaborate with sales management to meet sales goals and training needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• 2 years in customer service and/or sales preferred
• Independent, highly organized with strong communication
• Proven track record of sales performance or outstanding customer service
