🎯 Requirements

• 15–18+ years in mining/construction
• 5–7 years in P&L/business leadership roles
• Experience scaling businesses in mining/construction
• International markets experience (MENA/Asia)
• Bachelor in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred
• Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with stakeholder skills
