• Own the pipeline and candidate experience across EMEA
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience through outreach, interviews, events, and hosting
• Maintain funnel momentum and unblock pipeline weekly

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in campus/early career recruiting
• Ability to build and manage end-to-end candidate pipelines
• Strong communicator for students, hiring managers, and partners
• Comfort with data; track numbers to improve approach
• Organized, adaptable; manage multiple events and candidates
• Fluent in English and French; extra European languages a plus
