📋 Description

• Lead bakery operations during shift; ensure guest experience from start to finish.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders with guest service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew; provide direction and support.
• Prioritize tasks to keep ops running efficiently and meet demand.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar env.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving.
• Thrives in fast-paced, team oriented setting.
• Positive attitude with guest-focus.
• Must be 18+; ability to obtain food safety certs.
• Essential functions with/without accommodation.
