📋 Description
- Manage day-to-day administration of global compensation programs across multiple countries and
- Own and maintain job architecture, including job families, career levels, profiles, titles, ranges
- Oversee monthly validation and refreshes of employee, job, and compensation data in compensation
- Lead two annual compensation cycles from planning to post-cycle reporting.
- Manage compensation reviews for promotions, market adjustments, reorganizations, retention, and
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, internal equity, salary structures, and positioning analyses.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of progressive compensation experience including analysis and administration.
- Experience supporting programs across multiple countries/geographies.
- Expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, promotions, and
- Experience managing annual/semiannual compensation reviews; advanced analytics skills; strong Excel.
- Strong communication, project management, and data integrity focus; CCP a plus.
