📋 Description

• Lead a key delivery team within a large-scale data migration and digital transformation programme.
• Own the team’s scope, priorities, resources, timelines, and performance.
• Coordinate dependencies across business, IT, data, and other project functions.
• Ensure outputs delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality.
• Operate in an international, remote environment with clear communication and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Team Lead or equivalent leadership role in IT delivery.
• Strong experience leading IT teams in complex transformation or enterprise-scale programmes.
• Ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, and competing priorities.
• Strong project planning, delivery management, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, team capacity, and resource allocation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including with senior/executive leadership.
