📋 Description

• Support implementation of healthcare benefit programs across client segments.
• Ensure medical, dental, and vision plans align with legislative requirements.
• Review documents, analyze systems, and ensure compliance across projects.
• Collaborate with managers and downstream partners to identify risks.
• Become SME in healthcare legislation for broad operational impact.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in healthcare admin, benefits, eligibility, or customer service ops.
• 2+ years with matrixed partner relationships and issue resolution.
• 2+ years with software/systems apps, DBs, and spreadsheets.
• Strong MS Office skills, esp. Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Knowledge of healthcare legislation and compliance preferred.
