Supplier Operations & Co-Manufacturing Inspector (F&B)

📋 Description

• Be the local contact for co-manufacturers, suppliers, and inspectors.
• Visit factories regularly; monitor production, inventory, quality, and shipping readiness.
• Enforce quality policies and specifications.
• Track production, materials, inventory, and shipment dates.
• Identify and escalate supplier risks and performance issues.
• Coordinate corrective actions and follow through to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Vietnamese and strong written/spoken English.
• 5–10+ years in manufacturing, food/CPG, packaging, supply chain, or QA.
• Experience with factories/co-manufacturers or suppliers.
• Understanding of production planning and supplier performance management.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and project-management skills.
