Snr. Sales Engineer (Position located in Singapore)

📋 Description

• Maintain deep technical knowledge of KnowBe4 suite and integrations.
• Tailor the value proposition to complex environments and needs.
• Deliver high-level product walkthroughs for Mid-Market and complex SMB.
• Lead the implementation and configuration during the POV process.
• Support and shadow junior Sales Engineers on technical hurdles.
• Resolve blockers including mail flow, SSO, and API integration.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 year degree or technical degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with M365 and Exchange Online.
• Strong technical background in cybersecurity or related field.
