Senior Project Manager (German speaking)

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage large-scale digital campaign productions from initial requirements
• Coordinate high-volume asset production across multiple markets, languages, channels, and creative
• Organize production workflows across distributed international teams and ensure smooth handoffs
• Lead and coordinate Producer and Media Producer teams, providing structure, priorities, and clear
• Collaborate with designers, AI artists, motion designers, video producers, and other creatives to
• Act as primary client contact, translate requirements into practical production plans, schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or similar role within an agency, creative
• 7–10 years of relevant experience for a Senior-level position.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns with high volumes of creative assets across multiple
• Experience leading or coordinating creative production teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience in direct client management, with the ability to communicate requirements and
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
