Sr. Quality Assurance Associate - Supplier Quality

📋 Description

• Manage supplier quality events: log, investigate nonconformances, and CAPAs.
• Support supplier qualification and onboarding with records in QMS.
• Monitor supplier performance with quarterly scorecards and KPIs.
• Coordinate supplier audits and verify corrective actions for effectiveness.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Regulatory, Formulation, and Ops teams.
• Execute day-to-day GMP QA activities and data trending.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in QA, chemistry, biology, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of U.S. dietary supplement or food QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on GMP QA processes for dietary supplements portfolio.
• Root-cause analysis and CAPA development experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
