- End-to-end recruitment focusing on direct/passive/outbound and inbound
- Meet account KPIs and recruitment activity targets
- Advise hiring managers on trends and market intelligence
- Identify and escalate risk or compliance issues
- Manage requisitions with compliant documentation
- Forecast recruitment activity and volumes
🎯 Requirements
- End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR
- Behavioural-based interviewing experience
- Managing multiple searches and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using an ATS
