Full Cycle Recruiter (German-speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead the recruitment delivery process to fulfill vacancies and meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Act as Talent Advisor to hiring managers on recruitment trends and market intelligence.
• Monitor recruitment activity to forecast volume in designated business areas.
• Provide timely, honest feedback to candidates following best practices.
• Build and manage relationships providing white-glove service to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in English and German
• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Effective communication across all organization levels
• Strong knowledge of technology tools (ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
