🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success, TAC, or Solutions Eng
- Experience with Financial Services, SIs, Semiconductor, Manufacturing or Retail
- Technical fluency on AI/ML, API integrations, software deployment
- Experience with consumption and seat-based expansion models
- Strategic mindset for growth and measurable outcomes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer advocacy
