📋 Description

• Provide one-to-one home care as a licensed LPN
• Travel to a nearby client for in-home visits
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations and evaluations
• Work with autonomy in the client home and school settings

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing (state)
• Preferred: one year nursing experience (LPN/RN)
