- Provide legal strategy and support for Market Access and pricing teams.
- Advise on payor and trade access, contracting strategies, and related issues.
- Offer strategic legal counsel to senior management on pricing and access matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate government, payor, and trade agreements.
🎯 Requirements
- ABA-accredited law degree and bar admission (or eligible).
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience; pharma experience preferred.
- Knowledge of payor contracting and regulatory landscape.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-visibility projects.
