- Partner with Enterprise customers in Systems Integrator industries to drive AI adoption across
- Bridge business objectives with technical capabilities (API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code) to
- Lead usage growth, adoption, and outcomes across consumption-based and seat-based models
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Terve TA, or Solutions Engineering
- Experience with enterprises in Systems Integrator industries
- Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation
- Experience with both consumption-based and seat-based expansion and success metrics
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate opportunities into expansion plans
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer advocacy

- Annual Salary: $200,000 — $265,000 USD
