Senior Total Rewards Specialist – Peterborough (hybrid)

📋 Description

• Hybrid role; onsite 2-3 days/week in Peterborough with global Total Rewards scope.
• Manage international benefits programs, global leave processes, vendor relationships, and invoicing.
• Contribute to design and implementation of benefits, retirement, wellbeing, and compensation
• Support market benchmarking, pay analysis, and annual compensation cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and employee engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in benefits/retirement management, ideally in global orgs or consulting.
• 3+ years in benefit renewals/analysis; strong negotiation with works councils/unions.
• 3+ years analytical skills and project management.
• Experience supporting compensation programs, salary benchmarking, and cycle administration.
• 2+ years of EMEA benefit laws and leave administration.
• Proficiency with Dayforce and/or Darwin is a plus.
