• Own the candidate journey from engagement to offer and close.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment in tech/SaaS/high-growth.
• Experience recruiting across roles and seniorities, including technical positions.
• Strong sourcing skills with active and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with recruitment metrics to improve outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; autonomous in fast-paced environments.
