📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across the business, from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to build role briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans aligned to
• Source talent globally through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and outbound outreach.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and strong process
• Coordinate interviews and ensure clean tracking in Ashby, supporting hiring operations and
• Contribute to process improvements that help Darkroom hire faster and more effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth environment or digital-first
• Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce and other
• Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience working in an ATS (Ashby preferred; Rippling/Notion a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and shifting priorities.
