• 1+ years in partner, channel, or sales ops
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn concepts
• Ability to build strong internal/partner relationships
• Analytical mindset to create reports and make recommendations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, time mgmt, and writing
