📋 Description

• Own strategy, execution, and improvement of inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global
• Drive carrier performance, KPI methodologies, and carrier partnerships across domestic and
• Lead sourcing strategy, RFPs, contract negotiations, and performance governance with 3PL/4PL
• Expand logistics networks to support freight, e‑commerce, and industrial projects.
• Optimize transportation, distribution methods, and network architecture for cost and service
• Develop real-time visibility dashboards and KPIs for network health and carrier performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years building KPI frameworks and carrier performance programs.
• 5+ years leading sourcing, negotiations, and carrier partnerships.
• 5+ years of people management for logistics teams.
