📋 Description

• Provide personal care and companionship per plan of care
• Assist with activities of daily living and household support
• Support clients one-on-one with daily activities and safety at home
• Adhere to care plans, training, and BAYADA standards
• Flexibility to support day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the client’s home

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of work experience (preferred)
• Current HHA license in good standing with the board
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes and work with care plans
• Empathy, patience, reliability, and respect for clients
• Ability to perform activities of daily living and light housekeeping
• Excellent communication and teamwork with a supportive staff
