📋 Description

• Work as a Behavior Technician with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment plans and collect session data
• Support skill-building and reduce disruptive behaviors
• Communicate progress with supervising clinical team

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Personal transportation with reliable vehicle
• Well-organized, flexible, receptive to feedback
• Willingness to complete RBT training if not certified
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician
