• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor
• Drive sales and optimize shop floor structure using StoreForce data
• Open/close procedures and ensure daily operational excellence
• Provide training and coaching to peers to improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience with coaching and feedback
• Skincare or cosmetics knowledge a plus
• Comfort in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
