• HR Business Partner supporting leaders across Washington
• Advise on employee relations, performance, and organizational change
• Drive workforce planning with data-driven insights
• Coach managers to build high-performing teams and ensure compliance
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• 3+ years HRBP experience with large, non-exempt populations
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and compensation
• Advanced Microsoft 365; Power BI proficiency; data analysis to present insights
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws; multi-state compliance; diversity & inclusion
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR preferred; coaching/mentoring experience a plus
