📋 Description

• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare, etc.
• Partner with families using coaching-based interactions
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
• Support caregivers with tools for development
• Maintains electronic documentation for visits
• Travel within designated area as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care
