Client Service Associate (December 2026 Graduates)

📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Client Service team with three days in-office required
• Recruit new experts for client consultations and manage expert profiles
• Conduct targeted research across LinkedIn, press releases, company sites, and case studies
• Lead cold outreach and vetting calls to assess fit for client projects
• Define sourcing strategies based on project scope and urgency
• Manage multiple client requests with strong execution quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA required
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools for research and communication
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Previous internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience is a plus
• Curiosity about emerging technology and willingness to learn new tools
