📋 Description
- Manage and scale the company’s domestic onboarding program
- Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of orientation and
- Partner with stakeholders to update new hire information for current practices and policies
- Develop understanding of onboarding systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse)
- Track metrics to evaluate onboarding programs and propose improvements
- Assist in weekly orientation preparations
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in onboarding, learning and development, HR, or program management
