- Own design and production of digital courses, videos, and graphics for global store teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to turn business priorities into clear, on-brand training.
- Develop high-quality learning content with minimal oversight as a senior IC.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of instructional design, esp. in corporate/global retail.
- Expertise building courses in Articulate Rise and LMS publishing.
- Strong ability to translate store ops into actionable training; brand voice consistency.
- Proficiency in video editing and design tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration across functions.
