• Lead a high-performing sales team in cybersecurity software/tech
• Drive regional growth, achieve quotas, and manage Fortune 1000 opportunities
• Partner with executives to shape revenue and profitability strategy
• Own forecasting, sales operations, and CRM processes
• Travel up to 25%+ as required
• Represent Illumio with executive presence and strong communication

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership in field sales, cybersecurity sector
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
• Experience closing NEW business with large enterprises
• Strong business acumen and revenue/profitability focus
• Executive presence with excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
