Maintenance Associate

📋 Description

• Perform facility maintenance and repairs for KNOS buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and address maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance tickets and prioritize timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Keep records of work orders, inventory, and inspections.
• Assist in setup/breakdown of school events and maintain clean spaces.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; 2-4+ years maintenance/trade experience.
• Knowledge: Basic building systems, hand/power tool safety, LOTO, ladder safety, PPE.
• Technical Skills: Email/Sheets for comms and logs; ability to work flexible schedule.
• Preferred: Experience in schools/public settings, ticketing systems, basic BMS/CMMS familiarity
