📋 Description

• Support international operations and complex legal cases for a group of companies with EU, UK
• Full legal support of contracts and interactions with foreign banks and financial institutions.
• Prepare, analyze and guide international contracts; manage invoices and payment documents.
• Advise internal teams on legal issues of international activity.
• Maintain effective management of client cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher legal education; 3+ years in international law (EU, UK, Turkey, UAE).
• Deep experience with international agreements and banking institutions.
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, team orientation.
• Practical experience obtaining fintech, crypto, or gaming licenses is a plus.
