- Partner with VP to define and execute strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
- Establish operating cadence and governance mechanisms
- Develop executive-ready communications and briefs
- Create dashboards and progress updates for leadership
- Navigate ambiguity and drive disciplined execution
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in strategy, business ops, or related fields
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed setting
- Healthcare/aesthetics/pharma experience preferred
- Strong business acumen, analytics, and exec communication
- Ability to influence without authority and manage ambiguity
