Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support and hands-on instruction to individuals with I/DD to meet health, safety
• Offer companionship and personalized care, encouraging independence and self-care
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating)
• Complete medication administration per medical protocols
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping and laundry; mobility/transfer assistance (may use lift devices)

🎯 Requirements

• Previous DSP/caregiver experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Person-centered focus; dependable, adaptable, flexible
• Ability to lift and transfer; team player
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• 18 years or older
