Finance Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Payroll processing, validation, and timely salary disbursement.
• Payroll accounting entries in ERP (salary expense, provisions, reversals) and GL reconciliation.
• Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESI, PT, TDS and labour law requirements.
• Reconciliation of payroll registers with bank payouts and accounting records.
• Payroll reporting and MIS including cost analysis and budgeting support.

🎯 Requirements

• CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com
• 2–6 years in payroll finance, payroll accounting, or finance operations
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting and statutory compliance
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / PeopleStrong / similar payroll tools)
• Knowledge of TDS on salaries, PF, ESI, gratuity, and leave encashment accounting
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills; attention to detail; handling confidential information
