Senior People Experience Operations Partner

📋 Description

• Own key employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, changes, and leave
• Maintain the integrity of people data, HRIS records, audits, and workforce reporting.
• Deliver high-quality employee and manager support via PX Operations channels; interpret policies
• Build for scale by developing SOPs and improving workflows across PX Operations.
• Partner cross-functionally to coordinate activities and improve the employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in HR Operations or People Operations with onboarding/offboarding and leave/benefits
• Experience with HRIS platforms, data management, reporting, audits, and high-volume workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, service-oriented with ability to investigate issues and drive resolution.
