Lead, Receiving Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee inbound receiving operations for data center construction and operations in Memphis, TN.
• Lead a team of Receiving Specialists; manage workload and training.
• Maintain inventory integrity and support aggressive project timelines.
• Interface with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment following safety procedures.
• Drive housekeeping, 5S, and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in receiving, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing; 1+ year in lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and RF/handheld scanners.
• Forklift experience and handling high-value electronics preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to lead teams and drive improvements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
