📋 Description

• Scale and strengthen Karat's global network of Interview Engineers.
• Lead a Program Manager and a Coordinator to design and execute acquisition initiatives at scale.
• Partner cross-functionally with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve acquisition processes that scale with Karat's growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align resources and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure talent quality and pipeline health to meet customer demand.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, talent acquisition, or related field in
• 3+ years leading small, high-performing teams with outcomes.
• Proven success executing acquisition or growth strategies that scale networks.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to inform sourcing, screening, or funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and inform decisions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
