📋 Description
- Lead our Partner Network initiatives and manage a high‑performing network of partners.
- Improve supplier quality and outcomes by coaching, certification, and adherence to Xometry
- Reduce manufacturing variability and improve customer outcomes through partner development.
- Oversee partner certification programs and ensure quality benchmarks.
- Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program, including vetting and performance‑based
- Develop tailored training/coaching to elevate partner capabilities and performance.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
- 8+ years leading in supply chain or manufacturing.
- Experience with manufacturing/machining environments; transactional support for manufacturers is a
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; experience delivering training programs.
- Fluency with standard business tools (document/project management, etc.).
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary range: $108,000 - $140,000 annually (USD), depending on skills/experience/location.
