Aseptic Training Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee daily production activities on MD Fill, B1 Shift (6am-6:30pm)
• Train operating personnel and supervise shift performance
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards
• Monitor production schedule and alert management of potential impacts
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Purchasing, and QA/EHS teams as needed
• Lead and participate in safety audits and Gemba walks

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required
• 6+ years in chemical/pharma manufacturing; supervisory experience a plus
• Strong GMP and EHS knowledge
• Understanding of plant economics and reliability decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with manufacturing monitoring systems (PI, DCS)
