• Join Carta Law Funds team as a Junior Paralegal rotating across or specializing in practice areas
• Support investor onboarding, transaction KYC, and high-volume legal work with AI-assisted processes.
• Collaborate with lawyers, senior paralegals, and client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop expertise in private capital legal practice and LP transfer workflows.
• Operate with focus, organization, and clear communication to move matters forward.

• Strong written and verbal communication, professional client-facing skills.

• Legally educated (preferred): undergraduate Law degree or equivalent; GDL welcome. LP Transfer
