• Provide customers with a great experience
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features/benefits
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Be a resource on brand, product info, events
• Represent Cycle Gear at events when possible

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ sales or customer service experience
• Self-starter who delivers personalized retail experiences
• Open to learning and riding community
• Experience with POS systems (RetailPro preferred)
• Interest in motorcycle riding (desired)
