📋 Description
- Global Public Sector Operations Director to drive and scale Virtru's government business.
- Own processes and cross-functional alignment for public sector teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or above)
- 10+ years in ops, sales ops, or PM with 5+ in Public Sector
- Experience scaling ops for high-growth public sector SaaS
- Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and govt procurement (GWACs, IDIQs, CRADAs, GSA)
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with CRM (Salesforce) and BI
- Excellent communicator; able to align stakeholders across orgs
