🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in HR, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years HR leadership experience, higher ed/public sector preferred.
• Experience in employer branding, talent management, unionized environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HRIS/data analytics.
